Return Policy for Resellers

In case of customer returns:

  • Product Fee: Not charged (full refund)
  • Courier Charges: Applied for return shipping
  • Alternative: You can arrange your own courier for returns

Bulk Order Terms

Important Notice

20% Advance Payment is Non-Refundable in cases of order cancellation, return, or non-acceptance of delivery.

  • Balance payment before shipping or on delivery (as agreed)

Shipping & Delivery

Cancellation & Returns

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once advance payment is made
  • 20% advance is non-refundable for any reason
  • Defective products replaced within 7 days of delivery
  • Return shipping costs borne by the buyer
